Forge Finishes provides custom paint-to-match and refinishing services for automotive parts. Quotes and estimates are based on the information, photos, paint codes, and part details provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the condition of a part, required repairs, or requested work differs from the information originally provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any parts sent to Forge Finishes are the correct parts for their vehicle and are suitable for the requested work. OEM and aftermarket parts may be accepted. The customer should disclose any known damage, previous repairs, coatings, or other conditions that may affect preparation or refinishing.
Forge Finishes uses the vehicle information, paint code, painted sample, and other information provided by the customer to achieve the closest possible paint match. Due to factors such as vehicle age, sun exposure, previous repairs, factory color variations, and differences between materials, an exact color match cannot always be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging parts before shipment to Forge Finishes. Forge Finishes is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs while a package is in transit to us. Return shipping will be arranged as agreed upon with the customer. Once a completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, any loss or shipping damage should be reported promptly so we can assist with the carrier’s claim process.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, part condition, repairs, paint requirements, material availability, and other circumstances. We will communicate with the customer if we become aware of a significant delay affecting their order.
Payment terms will be provided as part of the quote or order process. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before completed parts are returned or shipped to the customer. Additional work or repairs not included in the original quote will be discussed with the customer before additional charges are made.
Because each order is customized for the customer, cancellations or refunds may be limited once materials have been ordered or work has begun. If you need to cancel an order, contact Forge Finishes as soon as possible. Any refund eligibility will depend on the status of the order and any costs already incurred.
Forge Finishes stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty applies to defects in our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation, misuse, neglect, chemicals, environmental exposure, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring during shipping or after the parts leave our possession.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Finishes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to Forge Finishes for the services associated with that order.
Forge Finishes may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
